Introducing Levenwick- a new design for Jared Flood’s recently released Wool People.
It is such an honor to be part of this collection. It’s chock full of beautiful garments and accessories all worked in Shelter yarn.
Levenwick is a top down, compound raglan cardigan worked in Reverse Stockinette Stitch. Old Shale lace is used at the collar, front opening and top of pocket…..don’t think I’ll ever tire of the gentle curves of this well known Shetland lace!

Levenwick is the name of the place where I was born in Shetland….in a wee cottage by a sandy beach!

Oh, that is just gorgeous. It looks like on of those pieces that has the ability to make you look pulled together and a little bit fashionable even if the baby kept you up all night and you haven’t washed your hair. Just lovely. Adding it to the queue.

Your design is my favorite out of the entirety of Wool People. This sweater is now definitely in my queue for Fall knitting.
